Rev Chris Danes – Syndal Baptist Next Generation Pastor, and director of Full Contact Leadership Coaching, led a high energy session on Thursday evening at our Formation 2104 conference on Mentoring High Capacity People.

Chris presented a fascinating integration of the five levels of leadership with the Life, Death, Resurrection cycle in developing leaders.

Anne Klose–Mentoring for Spiritual Formation

Participants in Anne’s two workshops at Formation 2014 really appreciated her insights into spiritual formation and the ways in which mentoring can shape a spiritual journey.

Anne’s workshop covered Knowing God, Knowing Ourselves, Participating with God as he changes us, Participating with God in prayer as he changes our mentorees.

It was a privilege to have the ACMN founder, Keith Farmer, address the forum on the opening evening.  Keith’s address was a highlight of conference for many participants.  He spoke on 13 Key Qualities for Mentors.
