Deb holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle and currently serves in a senior HR position at St Philip's Christian College, Newcastle. With over 20 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to coaching and advising leaders on building and sustaining healthy, high-performing teams. Deb is passionate about helping organizations and their people flourish as they work together to achieve their missions.

In addition to her HR expertise, Deb has served as a board member for CMA (Christian Ministry Advancement Ltd), a not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing effectiveness within the Christian sector in Australia.

Previously, Deb spent 15 years in senior leadership at Compassion Australia, where she was a member of the Executive team. In this role, she oversaw various functions, broadening her organizational perspective and impact.

Outside of work, Deb is married to Duncan, and they have a 12-year-old son, Jack. The family resides in Newcastle, NSW, where they enjoy mountain biking and embracing the outdoors.
