Mark has been at Gateway Church Australia since 1986 with his wife Sally. Over the decades, Mark has helped monitor and influence the spiritual wellbeing and development at Gateway and the wider A2A Network.
Mark’s previous role was as an Operations Manager within a large global company.
Mark’s spiritual gifts are leadership, encouragement, and teaching. Mark has been rigorously using these gifts over the decades to mentor a wide range of leaders so that they can achieve all that Jesus has called them to be.
Mark has aimed to achieve this through mentoring leaders, pastors, and guys throughout each year – most early mornings he is usually mentoring someone!
* Mark also heads up the Acts 2 Alliance (A2A) movement’s national Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI), and oversees the Mentoring Program for A2A’s Senior Pastors.
* Mark is an accredited Behavioural Assessment consultant for church planting nominees.
* Mark is also an accredited Harrison Assessments consultant. HA provide insights that determine essential high performance traits and those that will accelerate or hinder performance
related to specific positions e.g. Emerging leaders, Church planters, Senior pastors, Ministry leaders, etc.
