I am a husband and father of 4 kids.
While a pastor of the Lutheran Church, I pastor two diverse communities - Mawson Lakes Community Church (MLCC), which is a cross-denominational congregation, and Endeavour College, a school of 100+ staff and 750 students in Mawson Lakes.
Outside of family and ministry, I love football, cricket, and Marvel Movies.
Within MLCC I have broad oversight of the community.
Within Endeavour College I serve as a mentor to the Ministry Team, lead formal events, and provide insight and encouragement to the Management Team and Principal.
My business, Lifelong Leaders, provides mentoring to people in ministry, Professional Coaching to Christians in the business world, and workshops for organisations seeking to tap into the best that their people have within them, or training in leadership and communication skills.

Trained as a professional coach through The John Maxwell Team, my focus is on drawing out the God-given gifts and insight that each person already has within them, and helping them see the resources God has placed within them and around them so that they can make the positive difference that God has asked them to make. I help people get to know themselves and their own values and temperament to help them be gracious to themselves and others.
