I have spent more than twenty years in Christian ministry, education and leadership, including university ministry, cross-cultural mission, school chaplaincy and Christian education. I now work primarily in professional pastoral supervision, mentoring and leadership formation, accompanying people as they reflect on their ministry, relationships, leadership and vocation.

I particularly enjoy creating space for honest conversation — helping people slow down, notice what is happening in and around them, and think carefully about how they want to respond. My approach is grounded in Christian faith and shaped by an interest in spiritual formation, self-awareness, relationships and the way we function within the systems around us.

I’m based in Sydney and work with people both face-to-face and online.

I enjoy mentoring people who want space to reflect more deeply on who they are becoming as they serve and lead. This may include navigating ministry and leadership, vocational discernment, transitions, relationships and boundaries, developing greater self-awareness, or finding sustainable ways of serving over the long term.

My approach is reflective rather than prescriptive. I’m less interested in giving someone a formula for what they should do and more interested in helping them notice what is happening, explore what may be shaping their responses, and discern faithful next steps.
