Prior to ministry I worked as tax lawyer with PricewaterhouseCoopers (specialising in transfer pricing/international tax); I studied at Sydney Missionary & BIble College and completed an MDiv with a view to doing cross-cultural church planting in France (this did not happen in God’s plan). I worked for 3.5 years as a Secondary School Chaplain at SCEGGS Redlands before moving to serve and lead the Geneva Push Network (now Reach Australia). I’ve been involved in assessing, coaching and training of church planters and church leaders for over 16 years - planting churches (over 160+ supported through the network) and developing church leaders and their teams (over 500+ leaders through our leadership development programs). This has involved coaching and supervision of church leaders.

Outside of work, I’m married to Natalie (about 21 years) and have 4 girls (20, 18, 16 and 14). My home church is Vine Church, Sydney.
