Brett is an accredited coach and mentor. During the years whilst he was in practice as a Chartered Accountant, he “walked the walk” with people from various walks of life seeing some people have good success and others not achieve the potential that they might have. He also faced great difficulties in his own business and personal life and is grateful that he was able to still succeed. That ignited his interest in coaching and so he was coached himself and then received formal training and supervision so that he would be an effective coach and mentor.

For people who are not satisfied with where they or their business is currently, he facilitates clarifying the vision, making an effective plan to fulfill that vision and identifying and dealing with the barriers or roadblocks.

He facilities growth in business owners so that they can become better drivers of their business. He also works with people who are not in business but may want greater effectiveness in their work environment, in their transition to retirement or have it on their heart to do a particular project.
