FORMAL Mentors are those who offer formal or vocational mentoring (perhaps as part of a role responsibility) in a structured way, usually with a written agreement, but do not receive any direct remuneration for this ministry. Professional indemnity insurance is recommended but not required for mentors in this category.

PROFESSIONAL Mentors are qualified mentors who offer formal, structured mentoring with written agreements and who receive remuneration for this ministry. Professional indemnity insurance is required for mentors in this category

Biographical Info
I am 54 yrs old woman. I am married and have 4 adult married children. I have had 22 yrs in Pastoral Ministry serving along side my Husband in a small coastal /rural town in NSW.
I was a stay at home Mother for 25 yrs . Recently working casually as a teachers aide.
I love going for walks, sharing life and food with my friends and family.
Mentoring Focus
Encouraging women in ministry whether paid or not. To encourage women to grow in their love for Jesus and gain a greater understanding of themselves so they can love and serve others and Jesus more.
