I have been in church leadership for the last 29 years, 24 of those as a senior pastor of a mid-sized church. Prior to that I was an electrician.
I am married to Leanne and have three adult children and two daughters-in-law. I enjoy music, guitar, motorcycle riding and the outdoors.

My main area of focus is to help develop Christian Leaders in their skills and resilience in leadership. I work across church and para-church organisations. I am available for Mentoring, Leadership Coaching and Pastoral Supervision.

Having been in church leadership for many years, I am familiar with the many seasons and stages of leadership that we experience through life with the related challenges of teams and family.
