Carl has worked in local church, Army Reserve chaplaincy and health care chaplaincy. He has been a director for two not-for-profit organisations and involved in mentoring and supervision of work place colleagues, pastors and ministry candidates. Currently Carl is undertaking formal supervision training.

A passion for people to grow and develop their potential with an emphasis on developing the person and practice working with the individual's agenda and needs.
