  • About Elisa

  • I love empowering others as they grow in encountering God's love for them and discerning their unique identity and kingdom purpose.
I am passionate about creating a space where women are empowered and encouraged through spiritual mentoring.
As well as practicing as Deeply Formed, I run two mentoring programs training and supporting volunteer mentors for kids. The first at my church for kids in the local public primary school and the second through Fostering Hope for kids in Out of Home Care.
I am influenced by Bibliotherapy and draw on my experiences in cross-cultural mission, Christian literature and Not-For-Profit business management, as well as theological studies and my personal relationship with Jesus, to inform and shape my mentoring practice.
I am passionate about enabling and empowering people to grow, especially through one-to-one mentoring. I value belonging, built on deep commitment and connection. I enjoy seeing people transformed as they grasp and grow in their love of God and His love for them. I have seen how one-to-one mentoring offers a place for this to happen for people of all ages and stages of the faith journey.

  • I am especially excited about Spiritual Formation and walking with women who want to be intentional in the growth of their own formation. I am passionate about seeking with mentees where God might be at work in and around them in day-to-day life. My practice approaches life as an integrated whole, the spiritual and "secular" as all important parts of who we are and how God works in and through us.

  • I have extensive knowledge of Christian literature, especially in the areas of spiritual growth, disciplines and practices.
I have experience in business and Human Resources, predominantly in the NFP sector.
I am very familiar with the structures involved in ministry, especially within the Anglican Church.

  • Currently completing Master of Theological Studies (including the MEQ Christian Mentoring Graduate Certificate), Sydney Missionary and Bible College (SMBC)
GradDip Christian Studies, Sydney Missionary and Bible College (SMBC)
Bibliotherapy, Literature and Mental Health Certificate (Book Therapy)
Bachelor of Business: Accounting and Human Resources (University of Tasmania)
