Richard has been in ministry for over 30 years . He has planted (with his wife and a great team) and lead a mid sized church (500+) for over 25 years.

Richard started his professional career as a Consultant Engineer with a major Australian consulting engineering company.

He is married with three adult children, loves to bush walk and enjoys friends, food and wine.

Richard is a mentor to Senior Minsters (and those aspiring to be so). He has a practical down to earth approach and is focused on leadership development and team development.

He has recently completed a Grad. Cert in Professional Supervision to assist in his mentoring ministers.
