Andrew completed the three-year Mentor Equipping course with John Mark Ministries in 2009 and has been mentoring since that time.

In 2016 Andrew concluded 33 years in full-time supported ministry serving in leadership roles in cross-cultural missions, including Chair of Missions Interlink Australia.

Over the last ten years I have completed a BEd (Adult Education) and MEd (Popular Education and Social Change and currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Leadership. I facilitate at the Cross Connect College in Leadership and at the Missions Interlink MIST (NSW) program. I have lived in Cambodia for two years while working on an intern education program for a local NGO.
