Sally is a trained mentor, spiritual director, and pastoral supervisor. She has been mentoring since 2007 and has her own private practice. Sally has been an Adjunct Faculty member for ACOM and is currently a Visiting Lecturer on Mentoring at SMBC, and Deputy Director of the Listen into Life Spiritual Direction formation program for Barnabas Ministries. She has been facilitating the Mentor Equipping course (MEQ) alongside Peter Moore and Tim Dyer since 2011.
