What does this mean?

INFORMAL Mentors are those who offer mentoring on an informal basis to a small number of people and do not seek any remuneration for this ministry.

FORMAL Mentors are those who offer formal or vocational mentoring (perhaps as part of a role responsibility) in a structured way, usually with a written agreement, but do not receive any direct remuneration for this ministry. Professional indemnity insurance is recommended but not required for mentors in this category.

PROFESSIONAL Mentors are qualified mentors who offer formal, structured mentoring with written agreements and who receive remuneration for this ministry. Professional indemnity insurance is required for mentors in this category

Biographical Info
I am married to Roger who is a senior pastor at a church in QLD. I have 2 adult children and 2 children in high school. I work as a trainer of school chaplains and Scripture teachers, and I am passionate about equipping people to feel confident and competent in their life callings. Mentoring for me, is a privilege, as I journey with others in whole life reflection and exploration.
